SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • ARE PRACTICE & MOCK TESTS ACTUALLY FREE?

    Absolutely! When you register on Skoolmo, you will automatically receive a Free Pack, which you can see in your Dashboard. If you have already purchased a Pack, the Free Pack will not be available to you and/or will be removed from your Account.

  • ARE ALL FEATURES AVAILABLE IN ALL PACKS?

    No. Certain features such as Past-Year Tests are not available, unless you purchase the Past-Year Pack. The Free Pack includes most features, but has usage restrictions - number of Tests and limited number of Questions.

  • CAN I ADD A PACK OR UPGRADE MY PACK AT ANY TIME DURING MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    Adding a Pack or upgrading your existing Pack is permitted at anytime during your Subscription. You can choose from Top-Up Packs or Add-On Packs, which, if you purchase, will be added to your Account.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? WILL I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL?

    Cancellations and Refunds will be processed only within 3-Days from the Date of Purchase, provided you have not already started using the purchased Pack. Post that, you will not be able to cancel your Subscription and you will subsequently not be eligible for a Refund. Please read our Terms of Use for more information.



PAYMENTS

  • MY PAYMENT FAILED OR DID NOT GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Skoolmo does not process Payments and does not ask or store your Payment Information as well (please read our Privacy Policy for more information). Your Payment is directly handled by our Payment Gateway: Razorpay. If your Payment fails or does not go through, or you may have been charged more than once for a transaction, we request you to please contact Razorpay to sort out the matter.



TESTS

  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRACTICE TEST AND MOCK TEST?

    Practice Tests are designed for you to practice what you have studied. You can choose from Mini-Tests, with options to pick a particular Subject, the number of Questions you would like to answer in a Test and also how much time you would like to answer each Question. Practice Tests also include Past-Years' Question Papers, Subject-specific Tests and Chapter-specific Tests. A Mock Test is a complete Test that is not customisable and is a simulation of a real Test you would take under the NTA.

  • CAN I TAKE UNLIMITED PRACTICE & MOCK TESTS?

    Yes, you certainly can! But in order to take a Mock Test, you will have to attempt 10 Mini-Tests. This is so that you actually prepare yourself better, for a Mock Test.

  • HOW DO I STOP THE TIMER DURING A TEST?

    You cannot stop the Timer during a Test because it is not designed to be stopped by the User. The idea behind this is to get you (the User) to take note of the Time you have left to answer the maximum number of Questions in the time allotted for the Test.

  • CAN I VIEW MY REPORT AFTER A TEST?

    Yes, you can view your Report and also see Past-Year Solution Videos (depending on the Pack you have subscribed for) soon after a Test. However, Solution Videos will be available to view for only the concluded (last) Test. Do note that your Progess Chart & Analysis will populate as and when you take up Tests.

  • WHEN WILL COMPEX-JEE & COMPEX-CET BE AVAILABLE?

    We do not yet have a timeframe for the release of Compex-JEE & Compex-CET, but are working hard to make them available at the earliest.

  • WILL YOU BE ADDING MORE FEATURES TO YOUR PACKS?

    Of course! We are continuously developing new and exciting features for all our product offerings, which will be made available to you FREE of cost!

  • CAN I TAKE UP A NEET/JEE/CET COURSE ON Skoolmo?

    We are currently developing our NEET/JEE/CET Courses. If you are interested in signing-up for a Course, please head to this link and click on the 'Notify Me' button so that we can contact you when the Course is available.

  • WILL YOU HAVE ANDROID & iOS APPS AS WELL? WILL I HAVE TO PAY SEPARATELY FOR THEM?

    Our Android and iOS Apps are under development and should be ready soon. If you have already purchased a Pack from us (Web-App), you can download our Android and/or iOS Apps and use the same Pack for FREE!

  • CAN I TAKE A TEST ON MY MOBILE PHONE?

    Although you can theoretically take a Test on your Mobile Phone by using a Mobile Browser, we strongly recommend that you do not do so. The current version of our Web-App is designed and developed for Desktop Browsers, especially for Google Chrome. However, we are working on improving compatibility for Mobile Browsers to improve the overall experience on Mobile Phones.

  • I HAVE FOUND A BUG OR DISCREPANCY IN A QUESTION/ANSWER. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT?

    Our 'Bug Spot & Squash' gives you the freedom to report any Bug or Errors with a Question or Answer, or for that matter even our Web-App. There is a 'Bug-it' Form available under the 'More' link in your Dashboard, which you may please use to report such Bugs or Errors with as much detail as possible. Alternatively, you may please send an e-Mail to our Support Team. You will not only be helping us in improving our Product, but will also be contributing to the Student Community with accurate Content.
